Driver critically injured in Rock County accident involving school bus

A driver is in critical condition and three students are suffering from minor injuries after an accident between a vehicle and a school bus happened in Town of Center, Wisconsin. According to reports, the two-vehicle accident happened on Highway 14 on Tuesday, January 5.

Responding deputies from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office found a vehicle trapped under the back portion of the school bus. The critically injured driver, whose name was withheld, was brought to the hospital after being extracted by crews. Three students from the bus were also treated for minimal injuries. Authorities have not pressed charges or issued citations regarding the incident at this point.
