Charges filed against Miller Park Way hit-and-run suspect

The Miller Park Way hit-and-run suspect who left a pedestrian seriously injured last August was recently charged after being arrested, according to a report from the Journal Sentinel on January 4.

On December 24, Brown County authorities arrested 25-year-old Andrew Timm through information provided by concerned citizens who saw the accident video footage that was released by police. The pedestrian, who was allegedly struck by Timm with his vehicle on August 12, has been in the hospital since December in order to receive treatment for serious injuries. The pedestrian, only identified as a 40-year-old male Milwaukee resident, reportedly sustained numerous broken bones and severe head trauma after being struck by the vehicle.
