Wisconsin fatal road accidents increased in September

State authorities in Wisconsin have recently revealed that 63 people were killed in traffic-related accidents throughout the state in the month of September alone.

In a recent report, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) revealed that in September of this year, the recorded road fatalities had risen by sixteen percent when compared to September of 2014. The total number of traffic-related deaths for the 2015 year in Wisconsin has reached 424, with 68 being motorcycle drivers, 2 being motorcycle passengers, 40 being pedestrians, and 13 being cyclists.

Bureau of Transportation Safety Director David Pabst has expressed concern over the increased number of pedestrian and cyclist deaths, and urges Wisconsin drivers to be vigilant while operating their vehicles and to share the road with other occupants in order to prevent these deadly accidents.
