Milwaukee officer hurt in semi-truck accident

An on-duty Milwaukee police officer was recently harmed after a semi-truck collided with the patrol vehicle he was driving in, an April 21 report of CBS 58 stated.

At around 10:30 a.m. on April 20, the two vehicles collided at the junction of W. Bradley Road and 76th Street. The police was heading west on Bradley Road when it was struck by the semi-truck. The patrol vehicle driver, identified as a 56-year-old male who had been an officer for 15 years, was hospitalized due to non-life threatening injuries he sustained from the collision. Reports showed that the patrol vehicle’s siren and light were all activated when the crash occurred.
