MN woman caught driving after license suspended

A Minnesota woman convicted of drunk driving was recently caught violating her probation.  The woman was charged with driving under the influence after causing a car accident that left a man with brain damage.

Police pulled the woman over in February for going 51 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone.  The officer who pulled her over for speeding says that she handed him a Wisconsin driver’s license.  The woman’s Minnesota driver’s license had been suspended after the drunk driving conviction.

The woman’s probation officer expects her to serve time for violating her probation by going to Wisconsin and for giving officers a false driver’s license.
