Woman killed in 2-vehicle accident

A 29-year-old woman was killed in a two-car accident Saturday just before noon in Waupaca County, Wis., authorities said. Police said the woman was driving northbound on Highway 22 near Fuhs Road in the Township of Little Wolf, Wisconsin, when she crossed the center line and crashed head-on into a pickup truck.

The 23-year-old truck driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the collision, authorities said. He was taken to New London Family Medical Center in New London, Wis., for treatment, police said.
