David Sunby received his undergraduate degree in 1980 from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a double major in General Business Administration and Speech Communication. After working for several years he attended Marquette Law School receiving his J.D. Degree in 1985. Mr. Sunby joined the Habush Law Firm in September 1988 initially practicing in the Madison office. In 1991 he relocated to the Habush Wausau office. He currently works in the Wausau, Stevens Point and Rhinelander offices. His practice consists of handling general personal injury claims involving Motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bite and boating accidents. He has tried over 80 jury trials throughout the Northwood’s. He has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National board of Trial Advocacy since 1995. He is married and has two daughters.
